I had been to your marathi online site and request u to refer Exodus 3:15, wherein God himself said Moses that his name is Yaweh and will remain forever. But still many believe Jesus as God. According to me the Bible is the easiest and the most toughest Book to understand. If referred to almost all the Bibles, we find Yawehs name in Exodus 3:15, or else we may find a footnote of the same.
We have to keep attention to every small topic in the bible inlcuding the footnotes.

Dear Shilpa,
Jesus never claimed that He was God. But He said “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one can go to the Father except through Me.” At another place He said, “I and My Father are one”. He a;so said, “I am the light of the world” and “I am the good shepherd”.
Yes, there are important questions about God’s name or whether Jesus is God or not. But they should not come in the way of our following Jesus and finding our God. All those who have sought God with truth and righteousness, have found Him. There are many examples: Sadhu Sundar Singh, Pandita Ramabai, Laxmibai Tilak and others. “Seek and you will find”, said Jesus. and it is true.
I am not a theologian and I do not think that I can help by discussing matters with you. But I am sure that Jesus’s simple and clear teachings can lead us to our destination. And although the Bible was written long ago, it does contain answers and guidance for today’s questions.
