My blog statistics have revealed that many viewers have reached my site in search of weather data for Indian stations. The best way to get this information is to visit the official web site of the India Meteorological Department at www.imd.ernet.in or www.imd.gov.in and then click on the locator map on the home page. Here you will find weather information for 20 Indian stations: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehra Dun, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Pune, Srinagar, and Thiruvananthapuram. For each station, observations of maximum temperature, minimum temperature and 24-hour rainfall, departures from normal, times of sunrise, sunset, moonrise and moonset, and the local forecast, would be displayed.

To know about the weather at other Indian Stations, you have to click on ‘Current Weather Observations’ on the home page menu. Or you can directly open the page at http://www.imd.gov.in/section/nhac/dynamic/current.htm. Here you will get the latest data on temperature, relative humidity, mean sea level pressure, wind speed, wind direction and the type of current weather, as observed at 78 Indian stations, and updated every 3 hours.
