Now that the monsoon is no longer that dry and we are returning home on rainy evenings, let us enjoy them with hot homemade kababs! On overwhelming demand from my cookery fans, I am uploading this recipe on my blog.

Chicken kheema (250 gm)
Potatoes (2 medium sized)
Onion (1 small sized)
Green chilli (1)
Garam masala powder (1 tspn)
Salt (to taste)
Hari dhania or pudina leaves
Atta (few tspn)

Cook the chicken kheema until soft. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Finely chop the onion and green chilli. Mix all these and add hari dhania or pudina leaves, garam masala and salt. Mix again. Make small balls and coat them with a little atta. Flatten and shallow fry until golden brown. Kababs are ready to serve and eat! (With the above ingredients I could make 7 kababs. See the picture below.)
